BB fertilizer production line.

Our fertilizer granulation production line is equipped with advanced automation control systems. With simple settings, it automatically completes the mixing, grinding, granulation, screening, and packaging of raw materials. Equipment is available in a range of specifications and capacities — from small-scale experimental lines to large industrial installations — each customized to specific requirements.

BB (bulk blending) fertilizer is a compound fertilizer made by mixing multiple single-element fertilizers in proportion. The line mainly consists of weighing, mixing, and packaging equipment, adjustable and expandable to different needs, mixing raw materials accurately into granule or pellet form.

Rotary Drum Granulator

A molding machine that shapes material into specific granule form — one of the key pieces of equipment in the compound fertilizer industry, suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium, and low concentration compound fertilizer.

Its main working method is wet granulation: the rotating cylinder brings material particles together under squeezing pressure, agglomerating them into a ball.

Crushing

Chain Crusher

A core piece of equipment in a compound fertilizer production line, designed for crushing block-shaped fertilizers (calcium phosphate, heavy calcium, nitric acid phosphate) and materials of medium hardness, using high-speed rotating wear-resistant alloy chains for uniform crushing with minimal wall adhesion — compatible with material moisture content up to 50%.

Beyond compound fertilizer, it's widely applied in chemical, construction-materials, and mining sectors, particularly for high-moisture or corrosive materials such as ores, organic fertilizer raw materials, and livestock manure.

Fertilizer Rotary Blender

A mixing machine based on the principle of gravity diffusion, used in the material-blending stage of BB fertilizer production and in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries requiring high-uniformity mixing.

Forward rotation mixes, reverse rotation discharges. The cylinder has no internal mixing shaft — preventing contamination or particle damage — achieving a mixing uniformity of over 98%.

Hot Blast Stove

The core heating equipment in modern fertilizer drying lines — paired with a rotary drum dryer and burner to form an efficient, energy-saving system that stably provides high-temperature pure hot air, solving moisture-control and energy-consumption problems in drying organic fertilizers and other products.

Uses industry-leading multi-head spiral groove plate heat exchange technology — compact structure, high thermal intensity, rapid temperature rise, and significantly higher thermal efficiency than traditional equipment. Customizable to production lines of different scales, from small organic-fertilizer factories to large compound-fertilizer bases.

Case in point: a 100,000-ton/year compound fertilizer factory in Africa converted from coal to biomass energy using a 1.2 million kcal hot blast stove with a drum drying system — reducing operating cost by USD 10–40 per hour while maintaining stable production.
